1. The first step is a 15-minute assessment call––just a chance to get to know each other and gather information.
2. If we mutually decide it’s the right time to move forward, our team will dive into research and schedule an hour-long meeting. This will consist of an in-depth overview of how Medicare works, how much it costs, and the choices you have available to you.
3. Next, we’ll go over your medical history and preferences to make sure you land on a plan (or plans) that’s tailored to your specific needs.
4. We’ll then meet to discuss plan recommendations and address any questions you have. Once you’ve chosen your plan(s), we’ll handle the application process, supporting you all the way. Plus, we’ll provide follow-up assistance as needed and re-evaluate your plan(s) annually during the Medicare Annual Enrollment period in the fall.
